Preparation:
- sprinkle the fish (sea bass, sea bream, carp) with seasoning and salt on both sides before cooking; add some vegetable oil;
- take 11 g of seasoning for 1 kg of fish.
- the recommended dose of salt is 7 g for every 1 kg of fish if cut into pieces; less salt needed if the fish is whole;
- cook in the preheated oven 200 ℃ for 25-30 minutes if the fish is whole and 15 minutes if fillets.
- good to use with fish, soups, salads, and vegetables.
Store at a temperature from +15 to + 25 ℃ in a dark place with no more than 65% relative humidity tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
