METAFOODBIOM is a complex of 22 active ingredients, including lysates derived from 17 strains of probiotic bifido- and lacto bacteria, along with prebiotics, natural enzymes and sorbents. The gut microbiota affects not only the physical but also the psychological state of a person. A balanced microbiota helps the psyche to cope with stress and anxiety.
The altered composition of the microbiota affects the intestinal immune system. Immunity activated by gut dysbiosis triggers a cascade of inflammatory reactions that lead to damage to the joints, skin, kidneys, intestines, etc. If the immune response is excessive, autoimmune diseases may develop.
Prebiotic supplementation is essential for optimal gut microbiota function. The positive effects of prebiotics on the growth and activity of microbiota have been extensively studied, particularly their ability to nourish beneficial commensal bacteria while simultaneously inhibiting harmful ones.
Natural enzyme preparations that help break down food in the digestive tract into small particles - cobiotics - are also important. These are what bacteria and cells in the human gut feed on.

Cellular cleansing and digestive support
The synergy of the Metaful® complex, Subtizym® metafilterate, Endofulvin® and liquorice extract is designed to promote natural cleansing processes and support the barrier function of the gastrointestinal tract.
- Metaful® Complex: A combination of kombucha concentrate, peptide ultralysates from 17 strains and prebiotic fibres. It supplies ready-to-use metabolically active substances to help maintain the balance of the microbiota and the natural pH in the intestinal lumen.
- Subtizym® postbiotic metafilterate: A patented complex based on enzymes and metabolites of Bacillus subtilis immobilised on zeolite. It supports the balance of the gut flora and helps facilitate the natural elimination of metabolic by-products.
- Endofulvin® complex: A source of humic and fulvic acids. Humic acids act as a selective prebiotic for bifidogenic flora, whilst fulvic acid supports optimal nutrient absorption and natural binding processes.
- Liquorice root extract: Contains glycyrrhizic acid, which supports the body’s natural elimination processes and promotes comfortable digestion.
Antioxidant protection and tissue maintenance
A balanced combination of pomegranate fruit extract, lysozyme hydrochloride and bromelain contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and supports the maintenance of healthy mucous membranes.
- Pomegranate fruit extract: A source of natural polyphenols and antioxidants that help protect intestinal epithelial cells from oxidative damage.
- Lysozyme hydrochloride: A natural protective enzyme that supports the local defence mechanism of the mucous membranes and the physiological balance of the microbiota.
- Bromelain: A plant-based enzyme that supports comfortable digestion, the breakdown of protein components and natural tissue maintenance processes.
Prebiotic matrix and bowel motility
A balanced blend of soluble fibres nourishes beneficial microbiota and supports healthy bowel transit.
- Gum arabic, guar and xanthan gum: Sources of galactomannans and glucomannans. Soluble fibres create a gel-like environment, gently stimulate peristalsis and serve as a nutrient substrate for beneficial bacteria.
- Lactic acid: A natural metabolite that creates a favourable pH environment for the development of the body’s own normal microflora.
- Enteric-coated capsule: Ensures targeted delivery of all active ingredients directly to the gut, protecting them from the acidic environment of the stomach.
