Supplement Facts: magnesium citrate, L-tryptophan, St. John's wort herb extract, extract of hawthorn berries, L-theanine, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), glycine, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), folic acid (vitamin B9), biotin (vitamin H), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
Recommendations for use: Adults: 1 sachet-packet per day, with meals. Dissolve the contents of the sachet-packet (4 grams) in 250-500 ml of drinking water (non-carbonated̆ and non-mineral̆). Take it during the day. Precipitation is allowed. Shake before use. Prepared solution may be stored at a temperature of 0 to 25 ° C for no more than 12 hours.
