Supplement Facts: magnesium citrate, L-tryptophan, St. John's wort herb extract, extract of hawthorn berries, L-theanine, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), glycine, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), folic acid (vitamin B9), biotin (vitamin H), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
Instructions for use: 1 sachet per day preferably at mealtime. Dissolve the powder of the 1 sachet (4 grams) in 250-500 ml of drinking water (still and non-mineral). Use during the day or before bedtime. Precipitation is allowed. Shake before use. The prepared solution can be stored at a temperature of 0 to 25°C for no more than 12 hours.
Storage instructions: store at temperature ≤ 25°С in dark place with no more than 60% relative humidity.
