INGREDIENTS: paprika, parsley, onion, tomato, cumin, turmeric, sumac, garlic, starch, oregano, chives, coriander, basil, thyme, black pepper, marjoram, vegetable fibres, sugar cane extract (phytolin™).

Preparation:
• stir 11 g (2 tablespoons) of seasoning in 40 g of cold water;
• mix well into 1 kg minced meat (beef, pork, lamb or mix);
• add salt, the recommended dose is 7 g;
• shape into burgers;
• leave to marinade in the refrigerator from 15 minutes to 12 hours (you can skip the marinade);
• grated or blender onion can be added if desired; marinate for no more than 15 minutes if the onion is added; can be cooked without an onion;
• cook in the preheated oven/grill 200℃ for 12 min or in a frying pan until ready (around 10 min, depending on the stove).
Store at a temperature from +15 to + 25 ℃ in a dark place with no more than 65% relative humidity tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
