Preparation:
- stir 11 g (2 tablespoons) of seasoning and 7 g of salt in 50 g of cold water; add meat and mix well;
- the recommended dose of salt is 7 g;
- add raw onions, cut into half rings if desired;
- add 50 g of vegetable oil to the meat If cooking in the oven;
- take 11 g of seasoning for 1 kg of meat;
- recommended marinating time is 6-12 hours;
- cook on the grill for 20 minutes;
- cook in the preheated oven 220 ℃ for 15 minutes on the top rack. Use a baking sheet one tier below to keep the oven clean.
Store at a temperature from +15 to + 25 ℃ in a dark place with no more than 65% relative humidity tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
