Method of use

This seasoning is allowing the kebab to preserve its juiciness during and after cooking.

You can even cook the kebab indoors, using the grill of your oven.

Natural seasoning with aromatic herbs for a healthy diet, youth and beauty.

Contains Phytolin™ (to reduce the glycaemic index of foods), turmeric (one of the most useful spices since ancient times), rich blend of fresh, natural herbs and spices.

INGREDIENTS: tomato, paprika, coriander, turmeric, savory, basil, garlic, cayenne chilli, smoked paprika, paprika flakes, nutmeg, black pepper, sugar cane extract (phytolin™).

Derived from a blend of natural plant extracts, Phytolin™ helps reduce GI levels of commercial food and beverage products, while significantly enriching antioxidant levels. Phytolin™ can also be positioned to deliver anti-inflammatory properties and mineral specific claims to your products, including high Magnesium and Potassium. MAY CONTAIN: traces of celery, mustard, wheat, egg, soy, shellfish, milk, sesame, and nuts.

Preparation:

stir 11 g (2 tablespoons) of seasoning and 7 g of salt in 50 g of cold water; add meat and mix well;
the recommended dose of salt is 7 g;
add raw onions, cut into half rings if desired;
add 50 g of vegetable oil to the meat If cooking in the oven;
take 11 g of seasoning for 1 kg of meat;
recommended marinating time is 6-12 hours;
cook on the grill for 20 minutes;
cook in the preheated oven 220 ℃ for 15 minutes on the top rack. Use a baking sheet one tier below to keep the oven clean.

Store at a temperature from +15 to + 25 ℃ in a dark place with no more than 65% relative humidity tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
